Crete is our largest verified inventory region. Every unit is listed by an independent host who agreed to the platform's Excellent-Host standard: accurate listings, honest photos, and platform-only communication for the whole stay.
Because guests pay no booking fee and hosts currently pay no platform commission, the price you see on Crete listings is closer to the true nightly rate than on OTAs that add 14–20% commission plus a guest service fee.
Third-party costs (payment processing, bank transfer costs on host payouts) are not part of the promotion and are always disclosed upfront in the platform's AGB.
