If you rent out an apartment, villa or holiday home in Greece — especially in Crete or Chalkidiki — you can publish it on BookOnGoodTerms.com and pay our permanent flat 5% platform commission. As a launch promotion, hosts who list by 31.12.2026 pay 0% platform commission on every standard booking made until 31.12.2027. Only third-party costs (payment processing, host payout bank fees) remain, and they are disclosed transparently.

Every host on BookOnGoodTerms.com pays our permanent flat 5% platform commission — far below the 14–20% charged by typical OTAs. As a launch promotion, every host who publishes a listing on or before 31.12.2026 receives a 100% discount on that commission: 0% commission to the platform on every standard booking with all reservations made until 31.12.2027, regardless of the dates of stay.

Third-party costs (Stripe processing, bank transfer costs on host payouts) are always the host's responsibility per our AGB § 5 and are not part of the promotion.

Compared with the 14–20% commissions of typical OTAs, our flat 5% rate already means more revenue in the host's pocket — and the promotion means up to 20% more still for every eligible booking, money the host can either keep or pass on to guests as a lower price.
